How it works

    Sign on to your Citi online account. Under the Rewards tab,
    click 'Select it. Credit it.'

    Choose one or more of your eligible purchases*.

    Receive a statement credit on your account within two business days.

*An eligible purchase means an Eligible Transaction that you Select and Credit within 60 days of the eligible transaction date. An Eligible Transaction means any purchase excluding (but not limited to) Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, BPAY payments, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions made in operating a business, payments to other Citi accounts, bank fees and charges such as interest and ATM charges, transactions made using Points and government related transactions. Government related transactions include transactions with government or semi-government entities, or relating to services provided by or in connection with government (for example but not limited to transactions made at Australia Post, payments to the Australian Taxation Office, council rates, motor registries, tolls, parking stations and meters, fares on public transport, fines and court related costs).

    Select and Credit is a feature of the Citi Rewards Program that helps reduce your Citi credit card balance by redeeming your Citi reward Points for statement credits on eligible purchases.

    Once signed on to Citi Online, select the Rewards tab from the menu and you will see the Select and Credit option. All eligible purchases will display and you can select the purchases that you would like to cover with a statement credit by redeeming your rewards Points.

    The Select and Credit feature is available to Citi customers who are enrolled in the Citi Rewards Program.

    Please note: Citi customers who are enrolled in the Citi Qantas Rewards Program and Emirates Skywards Miles Program will not be eligible for Select and Credit.
