o The authorisation given to draw on your Nominated Linked Account is identical to the account signing instruction held by the financial institution where your Nominated Linked Account is based

o You notify us if your Nominated Linked Account is transferred or closed

o You should check debit and credit transfers against recent account statements for your Nominated Linked Account from the financial institution

1. We may collect and use your personal information to assess this application, to manage and administer the credit facility, to offer you a different product or service and assess any application you make for a different product or service, for planning, product development, research and related services. If you do not provide us with the information we ask for or the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to assess your application or provide or administer the products or services that you are seeking.

2. To provide you with products and services and manage your account and relationship with us, we share your personal information with other Citigroup affiliates and sales agents. If we disclose your personal information to our affiliates and other entities that provide services to you on our behalf, your information may be transferred outside Australia. We also share your information with the parties listed in paragraph 4 below.

We may obtain your personal credit and commercial credit information from a credit reporting agency or other organisation that provides personal credit and commercial credit information for the purpose of assessing this application, any periodic review of the credit facility and/or for any other purpose permitted by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) „Privacy Act‟.

You acknowledge that we will provide personal information to a credit reporting agency as permitted by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) for each review and that a credit report may be obtained from a credit reporting agency for the purpose of any such review. 9. As a Citibank Signature and Select Cardholder you will have access to the exclusive Signature Bespoke Event Program. All details for the events will be shared with you by Visa. In order to learn, and be kept informed on upcoming events, please indicate your consent to Visa sending you a communication via SMS and/or email. Please note, you will not be able to take advantage of this exclusive event program if you choose not to receive communications from Visa.

10. Your telephone calls and conversations with a Citigroup representative may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and verification purposes. Privacy preferences Citibank, Citigroup affiliate companies and their partners may use your personal information to keep you informed about other products, services and offers which may be of interest to you. They may do this by phone, mail, email and SMS. We operate in several different lines of business including banking, credit cards, consumer finance, securities and insurance. If you do not wish to receive these communications please notify us in writing or by phone on 13 24 84. Note: If you have not told us that you do not wish to receive these communications by phone, you may be contacted even if you have registered your phone number on the national Do Not Call Register.

1. Allow up to 15 working days to process your Application subject to verification. Citibank may check employment details/income with your employer or accountant named above. If we need further information, we will notify you of how to meet the “Identification Check” as required by Federal Legislation. Credit limit increases Even if you opt-in to receiving written information about credit limit increases you can choose whether to apply for a credit limit increase. Citibank is likewise not obliged to agree to increase your credit limit. You can withdraw your consent to receive credit limit increase information at any time by contacting us on 1800 168 168.

By providing your email address with this application you consent to receive statements, notices and disclosure documents that we are required to give you in relation to any facilities you hold with us, by electronic communication. You should note that paper documents may no longer be given and that electronic communications must be regularly checked. Notwithstanding this consent, we may still decide to send you paper copies in certain circumstances including where electronic delivery is unavailable or we reasonably believe your email address is not receiving the emails we send. You may withdraw this consent at any time and change to receiving paper statements, notices and documents to your nominated mail address, by notifying us through Citibank online or by phone on 13 24 84. Note: Citibank offers some of its products with electronic communication only, and if you do not provide this consent or if you withdraw it, Citibank may choose to refuse to open your account or to discontinue it.

1. If at the end of the Balance Transfer (“BT”) period any portion of the BT amount is still owing, the amount will attract interest at the prevailing Annual Percentage Rate for cash advances.

2. We may refuse to accept and process a BT request where it is less than $500, where it is to another Citigroup-issued account, where it is to a foreign currency account, where it is to an offshore account or where it is to an account that is not in the name of the Primary Account holder.

3. We will process the BTs specified by you, in the order you have nominated, in full or part, as determined by us and your available Credit Limit. We may limit BTs to a percentage of your Credit Limit. Once your Account is activated, BT requests can take up to 10 business days to be received at the other financial institution. We are not responsible for any delays whether by us or any other institution. You should continue to make payments to your nominated accounts as any remaining balances will be your responsibility.

4. BTs do not earn Rewards Points.

5. If you have interest free days on your account you will not get the benefit or be eligible for any interest free days on purchases unless you pay the Closing Balance in full (including any BTs) by the statement due date for two consecutive months.

1. In these conditions: (a) “Authority” means the Written/Telephone/Facsimile Instructions Authority provided on page 2 of this form together with these conditions (as amended by the Account holder from time to time); and (b) “Account” means the account/s described on page 2 of this form.

2. The Account holder has requested Citibank to accept certain instructions by writing, telephone and facsimile in relation to the account as requested in the Authority. The Account holder understands that: (a) these methods of communication involve greater risks (including, without limitation, the risk of fraud) than more commonly accepted forms of communication; (b) Citibank will accept instructions received in accordance with the Authority from each Account holder and any persons authorised to operate the account by way of an Authority To Operate. The Account holder, fully aware of the associated risks, requests and authorises Citibank to act upon facsimile and telephone instructions given in accordance with this Authority.

3. The Account holder shall provide Citibank with: (a) a properly completed original Authority; (b) any other document Citibank may request evidencing that this Authority has been properly authorised; and (c) written notice upon termination of this Authority.

4. The Account holder may, from time to time, vary this Authority by delivering to Citibank an original signed variation in such form as is acceptable to Citibank. Citibank is authorised to rely on each such variation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing at that time, any such variation shall be effective no earlier than the third Business Day after receipt by Citibank, and shall not affect Citibank‟s actions or omissions prior to such effective date.

5. The Account holder agrees: (a) to strictly limit information about the contents of this Authority to only those persons who need to know in order to effectively operate the Account; (b) to use its best efforts to ensure that such persons at all times treat the contents of this Authority with strict confidentiality in order to maintain the security of the procedures hereby established; (c) to immediately notify Citibank of any suspected breach or compromise of the security of the procedures hereby established.

6. The Account holder agrees that as long as Citibank acts in accordance with this Authority: (a) Citibank shall have no further duty to verify the content of any facsimile or telephone instructions or the identity of the sender or confirmer of it; and (b) the Account holder will be bound by any debit or credit instruction, whether or not authorised by it, which is sent in its name and accepted by Citibank.

7. Citibank shall have absolute discretion, for any reason whatsoever, to act or not to act upon and/or to request verifications of any facsimile or telephone instructions received in relation to the Account. Citibank shall attempt to notify the Account holder promptly should Citibank elect to defer acting in accordance with instructions.

8. The Account holder will upon demand indemnify Citibank, its officers and employees, its related bodies corporate and their officers and employees, for and hold them free and harmless from and against: (a) any and all responsibility for, and any and all costs, claims, losses or liabilities of any nature (direct or indirect) resulting from any act or omission taken or not taken (as the case may be) in accordance with this Authority, including, without limitation, any act or omission (or any delay) in response to instructions to Citibank to transfer funds or purchase, sell or otherwise dispose of commodities or securities; and (b) any and all costs and expenses associated with the terms described in 8 (a), including Citibank‟s legal fees and expenses except that the Account holder will have no liability in respect of any such claims arising from Citibank‟s bad faith or wilful misconduct, or where Citibank has failed to act in accordance with this Authority. This paragraph 8 shall survive the termination of this Authority or any part of it.

9. If any provisions of this Authority are declared to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.

By submitting this application you confirm the following.

1. The information you have given in this application is true and complete.

2. You have read and agree to the Privacy Consent in Section 1 above.

3. You have read and agree to the Electronic Communication Consent in Section 3 above.

4. You acknowledge that upon the issue of your Citibank Plus Account and/or your Citibank Online Saver Account or Term Deposit you will be bound by a) the Product Features and Terms and Conditions, and b) the Non-Cash Payment Facilities Terms and Conditions, to be provided to you and available online at www.citibank.com.au or on request.

5. If you are applying for a deposit account: You have read and agree to the Conditions for Written/Telephone/Facsimile Instructions Authority in Section 5 above.

6. US Tax Declaration: The Internal Revenue Service does not require your consent to any provision of this document other than the certifications required to avoid backup withholding. Information on this form will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for all nominated U.S. Persons.

9. You authorise your Employer/Accountant to provide your income details to Citigroup Pty Limited or its representatives for the purpose of assessing your application for a Citibank credit card account.
