Dreams. Realities. Whatever your ambition, we'll help make it happen.

Citibank is continuously working towards improving its standards of practice and service and is committed to meeting industry standards. As part of that commitment Citibank has adopted the Code of Banking Practice, the "Code". The Code is a voluntary code of conduct which sets standards of good banking practice for banks to follow when dealing with people who are, or who may become individual customers, small business customers or their guarantors.

The Code contains a number of commitments, including:

  • Promoting better informed decisions about our banking services by doing such things as providing effective disclosure of information
  • Providing general information about the rights and obligations that arise out of your relationship with Citibank
  • Acting fairly and reasonably towards you in a consistent and ethical manner.

Printed copies of the Code are available at all Citibank branches, or you can access the Code online by clicking here. You can also request a copy of the Code to be mailed to you by calling us on 13 24 84.

You can also Download the Citibank Family Law Guidelines(PDF).
