Your PIN

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) allows you to pay for purchases at point of sales; it is fast, safe and secure.

You can set up your PIN by simply log on to Citi Online. You can then change your existing PIN or set up a new PIN without your existing PIN. You can also change your PIN on the go with Citi Mobile. Learn more at citibank.com.au/citimobile.

A faster way to pay

Use Visa payWave for purchases under $100. To make transactions as simple and convenient as cash simply wave your card featuring the Visa payWave logo on the contactless terminal and be on your way.

Quick and easy access to cash

With your Citi Credit Card, you can access cash up to your available cash limit whenever you need it. You can withdraw up to A$1,000 per day from ATMs in Australia and overseas.

You can also withdraw cash over the counter at all other banks worldwide. You'll need your Citi Card, photo ID and your PIN. You will incur international transaction fee along with Cash advance fee and Interest charges for all overseas cash withdrawal.

Please note, that accessing cash with your Prestige card will incur a cash advance fee and your withdrawal will incur interest immediately. If you withdraw cash overseas, standard cash advance and International Transaction fees will apply.

Online banking at your fingertips

You can manage your finances when you want, where you want with Citi online banking services. When you first use Citi Online you'll need to register at citibank.com.au/register (have your Prestige card number handy). Once registered you can view your account information, make payments and transfer funds.

Personal banking - a phone call away

If you prefer banking by telephone, our Customer Service Representatives are available all day, every day. Call us on 1800 782 948 to arrange a telephone PIN (TPIN) before you use telephone banking.

Direct Debit

Set up direct debit payments on your Prestige card by following the below three steps:

1. Contact your service providers

2. Provide your card details to your biller and let them know that this is your preferred method of payment

3. Sit back and relax without worrying about your bills.

Multiple payment options

Easi-Pay

Take care of monthly repayments automatically with Easi-Pay. Repayments on your Prestige card are transferred from your nominated cheque or savings account (subject to funds availability).

Set up Easi-Pay

BPAY+

Tailor your repayments quickly and easily with BPAY. Pay your card bill either online or over the phone.

Simply use the BPAY Biller Code 49502 to pay from any account and your Prestige card number as your Customer Reference Number.

Mail

There are times when the old way is the easiest way. To pay by mail, post your cheque* to: Citibank, GPO Box 749F, Melbourne VIC 8105.

Please make cheques payable to the account holder's name and account number e.g. 'Mr John Sample A/C 1234 5678 9101 1234'.

Australia Post

Drop in to the post office and pay by any number of methods. You can make a cash, cheque* or EFTPOS payment at any Australia Post outlet displaying the Bank@Post symbol. All you need is your Prestige card.

Emergency replacement for a lost or stolen card

We understand that your new Prestige card might be lost or stolen despite your best efforts. If this happens, simply call us as soon as you can and we'll take care of everything.

In Australia

1. Call us on 1800 460 743 to report your card missing

2. An emergency card can be arranged within 24 hours

3. Your new PIN will arrive after five to seven working days

4. You can still withdraw cash over the counter before your PIN arrives but you will need to show photo ID.

Worldwide:

1. Call us on +612 8225 0615 to report your card missing (reverse charges apply)

2. Citi guarantees replacement of a lost or stolen card almost anywhere in the world within 48 hours.

  • Your liability in all cases of a lost or stolen card is limited to a maximum of A$150 unless you have contributed to the loss through such things as an excessive delay in reporting your card missing or disclosing your PIN.
