      1. Several ATM operators in Australia now offer fee-free withdrawals. Please ensure you check the ATM for any fees before completing a transaction
      2. Please note that you will be subject to ATM and daily withdrawal limits. You can review or increase daily limits straight away by calling 13 24 84 - note maximum limits do apply. Default limit for Citi Banking and Citi Priority customers is $1,000 per day, for Citigold customers default limit is $3,000 per day

      2. Please allow up to 3 business days for clearance of deposit

      2. Please note that there is a limit of 5 cheques per transaction
      3. Please allow up to 7 business days for the cheque to clear
  • I need a bank cheque issued

    • Log into Citibank Online

      1. Log into Citibank Online
      2. Request a bank draft/cheque under 'Banking Services'
      3. Please refer to Account Terms and Conditions for details of any fees that may apply
      4. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing
      5. Bank cheque or draft will be sent by post to the address on the account
