BSB & Account number

The Citi branch ID number where your account was opened & your Customer Number with us.

Statement Period

Initially starting from your account open date, shows your monthly transactions for each month thereafter.

Available Credit

The difference between your credit limit and the sum of your closing balance.Your available credit may include uncleared funds.

Credit Limit

The maximum amount of credit you can use. To see if you're eligible for a limit increase, visit citibank.com.au, log on to your account and view My Offers.

Overdue Amount

Any unpaid Payment Due and Overlimit Amount from the previous Statement Period.

Minimum Payment Due

The amount you must pay to keep your account in good working order. It is calculated as follows: The greater of; $30 or the sum of the interest charges for the Statement Period, plus 1% of your Card Balance, plus any late payment fees billed at the end of the Statement Period, plus your monthly instalment.

Minimum Payment Due Date

The date in which the minimum payment for that statement period must be made by.

Minimum Payment Due

The amount you must pay to keep your account in good working order. Overdue Amount

Opening Balance

The outstanding balance on your account at the beginning of the statement period.

Closing Balance

The total amount outstanding on your Account at the end of the Statement Period.

Payment Due

The Minimum Payment Due plus Overdue Amount. The Minimum Payment Due must be paid on or before the Payment Due Date and the Overdue Amount is payable immediately.

Over limit amount due now

Shown if you exceed your credit limit. It should be paid in full with your minimum payment due. To increase your credit limit, visit citibank.com.au, log on to your account and view My Offers to see if you're eligible for an increase.

Annual Rate

Your Standard Annual Percentage rate used to calculate interest charges for your account.

BPAY ®

Allows you to pay your account using a non Citibank account. Use Biller code & reference number for one time set up.

Easi-Pay

Once set up, will automatically pay your minimum repayment by your due date. To set up Easi-Pay visit citibank.com.au/easipay

Citibank Online

Lets you pay your account with your Citibank account. Sign into your account, click 'Payments and Transfers' & follow the prompts.

Citiphone Banking

Allows you to pay your account over the phone using your TPIN (ph. PIN.) Call 13 24 84 & follow the prompts.

By mail

Pay your account by enclosing a completed Remittance Advice and cheque payment details form. Send to GPO BOX 5427, Sydney NSW 2001. Make the cheque payable to your lending account number.

Australia Post

Australia post will scan the bar code at the top of your remittance advice to allow you to make your payment.

Balance Transfers (BT)

Your BT offer details are located under your transaction list. Each BT on your account will be shown separately.

Beginning Balance

The starting balance of your BT offer.

Ending Balance

The ending balance on your BT for that statement period.

Interest Rate

The annual interest rate charged on your BT balances.

Fixed Payment Option (FPO)

Your FPO details are located under your transaction list. Each FPO on your account will be shown separately.

Commencement Date

The date in which your FPO offer started.

Plan Number

Is your FPO reference number.

Installment Number

The total instalment that has been made from the total number of your agreed instalments.

Annual Rate

The interest rate charged on your FPO balances.

Original Amount

The starting balance of your FPO.

Monthly Instalment

Monthly payment due on your FPO including principle and interest.

Principle Component

Payment amount not including interest.

Outstanding Balance

The remaining balance on your FPO.
