NAB and Citi may provide your name, residential address and date of birth to a credit reporting body for the purpose of verifying your identity in accordance with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and may request that the credit reporting body provides an assessment of whether the personal information matches (in whole or part) personal information contained in a credit information file maintained by the credit reporting body. NAB and Citi may also engage a third party to verify the authenticity of any identity documents you provide it against official government records.

If you don't wish for NAB and Citi to use these methods to verify your identity, you should complete this application and visit an Australia Post Bank@Post outlet with the appropriate forms of identification in order for your identity to be verified in person.
