What is Global View of Accounts service?
Global View of Accounts is a service provided under Citigold Global Banking, which allows you to link several bank accounts from every participating market to your home account in Australia. From a single page within Australia’s Citibank Online site, you can simply and securely view multi-country account balances. To transact on your accounts in other countries, simply log in to each of your individual accounts.

What is Home Country?
Home Country refers to Australia’s Citibank Online website, where you can sign in and link your Citibank relationships from other countries.

What is Destination Country?
Destination Country refers to the Citibank relationships that you want to link to your Citibank Australia account.

How do I link my Citibank relationships in other countries?
The linking is established through the Global View of Accounts registration option, where you provide your login credentials (user ID and password) for the Destination Country you would like to register. On successful registration, your account summary for this country will be automatically displayed below the account summary for your Australia accounts.

Why can’t I find my country in the list of countries for registration?
The current list displays only the countries where this feature has been launched. Global View of Accounts will be progressively launched in additional countries.

How many Destination Countries can I link?
You can register a maximum of 3 Destination Countries at any point in time.

I am not a Citigold client in my Destination Country. Can I link my relationships?
Yes, as long as you are a Citigold client in Australia you can link accounts from any Destination Country, even if you are not a Citigold client in that country.

Is the registration for the Global View of Accounts service permanent?
The relationship will be in effect until you de-register the Destination Country from this service or close your banking relationship in that country.

What happens if I change my login credentials in the Destination Country?
When your login credentials change in the Destination Country, the account summary will not be displayed and you will be prompted to either re-register or de-register the Destination Country from the Global View of Accounts service.

Will the login to my Destination Country be affected if I register for Global View of Accounts?
No. You can still login directly to Citibank Online in your Destination Country, as you would normally do by launching the URL for the Destination Country in your Internet browser.

My Destination Country account summary is not displayed and is requesting for Re-registration / De-registration?
This could happen if either your login credentials for Destination Country have been changed post registration or your account has been closed.

If your credentials have been changed, please click on Re-registration and provide your new credentials.

If your Destination Country account is closed, please click on De-registration to remove this account summary.

Can I view my account details or perform transactions in my Destination Country through the Global View of Accounts service?
You can only view your account summary through the Global View of Accounts service through Australia’s Citibank Online site. However, you can click on your Destination Country name under your Australian account summary to launch a new window of the Destination Country. This new session is launched in a separate browser window and you will have to provide your Citibank Online login credentials for the Destination Country, before you can perform any banking activities on this account.

My Citibank Australia session timed out. What will happen to my Destination Country session?
When you launch a Destination Country session, you will have two independent browser sessions, one for Australia’s Citibank Online site and one for the Destination Country. You can continue to work on these independently and will have to logout from both the sessions once you are finished.

I no longer want my Destination Country account summary to be displayed. Can I remove this?
Yes. You can choose to remove a Destination Country from the account summary view any time through the de-registration option.
