Manage your application

Managing your credit card or loan application couldn't be easier. Here you'll find useful information and links to complete an unfinished application, submit your supporting documents or track the status of your application.

If you would like to retrieve a saved application, simply enter your 17 digit Reference ID here.

If you have completed your application and received your Application ID, the next step is to verify your identity and income by sending a copy of the following documents:

  • Your Driver's Licence or proof of address, such as your most recent electricity bill or utility bill
  • Your passport or Medicare Card to confirm residency. If you have an Overseas passport, please also provide a copy of your visa
  • Confirmation of your income. For example two months' pay slips less than 60 days old.
