The Citi consumer business transferred ownership to National Australia Bank (NAB) on 1 June 2022. ​

From Friday, 21 November 2025, 7.30PM AEDT you are no longer able to access Online platforms or the Citi Mobile® App as your Citi branded Credit Card and Citi Ready Credit accounts are transitioning to the MyCard brand.

You and any Additional Cardholders can continue to use your existing card to make purchases. We'll only send you a new MyCard branded physical card when your current card is up for renewal, or is lost or stolen, or you ask for a replacement or additional card.

During the Transition (22 - 23 November 2025):

  • •  Please note that some services will be temporarily unavailable as we migrate your accounts. Services will resume on MyCard from 10.00 am AEDT on 24 November 2025.
  • •  Refer to recent communications for specific details regarding the migration.

If you need to report a lost or stolen card, dispute a transaction, or require additional support during this time, please call us on 13 24 84 (or +61 2 8225 0615 if calling from overseas).
