Important Information:
1. The minimum loan size for the Mortgage Plus package is $150,000. Interest rate is based on the current Citibank Mortgage Plus rate, less the 0.15% preferential discount that is offered to Citigold clients, who deposit or invest over $100,000 through Citibank. The preferential discount, and the first year annual package fee waiver, is available to Citigold clients on all new Mortgage Plus or Basic Mortgage variable rate accounts where the mortgage is established via a Citibank Mortgage Specialist or through a Citibank branch. Offer does not apply to any existing Citibank Mortgage accounts and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Interest rates quoted at 6 March 2015 and are subject to change. Funds in a mortgage offset account do not contribute towards Citigold eligibility criteria.
2. Comparison Rate calculated on a loan amount of $150,000 over a term of 25 years based on monthly repayments.
