You will receive a statement monthly, if there is activity during the statement period and you have a balance of more than $5 in credit or $5 in debit. This is sent to your preferred mailing address (initially your home address unless you specify otherwise). At least twice per year, Citi is required by The Consumer Credit Code to send all customers a copy of their statement even if they have not transacted. This statement will also be sent to customers who have closed their accounts within the past months.

To view and print copies of your card statement, simply log onto your account at Citi Online, click on the 'Account Information' tab followed by the 'View Statement' tab and follow the prompts to download your statement in a printable PDF format. You can download up to 36 months of complimentary statement copies.

Alternately, contact CitiPhone on 13 CITI (13 24 84) to have a copy of your statement mailed to you within 5 to 7 working days. This will involve a fee of $7.00 per Credit Card account statement request.

The date that your statement is issued may be changed to any day between the 2nd and 28th inclusively, to suit your preference, note that this will also change your payment due date. Please note that we cannot process this change if the next statement billing cycle date is less than 5 working days away. To request a change to your Statement Issue Date please contact CitiPhone on 13 CITI (13 24 84).

To advise us that your statement has not been received contact CitiPhone on 13 CITI (13 24 4).

Please note that:

  • It can take up to 5 working days for your statement to arrive in the mail.
  • If you have recently moved please check that you have notified the bank of the change in address.
  • You can view and print copies of your card statement online, simply log onto your account at Citi Online, click on the 'Account Information' tab followed by the 'View Statement' tab and follow the prompts to download your statement in a printable format.
