| CITIBANK TO OFFER AUSTRALIA'S LARGEST FEE-FREE ATM NETWORK |

| Citibank to add 150 ATMS over next 18 months |
|
| Sydney, July 18, 2010: Citibank will expand its ATM network by 150 over the next 18 months, and when combined with its existing ATM services, will provide Citibank's customers with one of the largest networks of fee-free ATM servicing in the country. |

| Citibank has entered into a cornerstone partnership with independent ATM company, Customers Ltd to deliver 150 Citibank-branded ATMs across the country. |
|
| Currently, customers with a Citibank deposit account have unlimited, fee-free ATM access at any Citibank, Westpac-branded, St.George or BankSA ATMs around Australia. |
|
| Citibank CEO, Roy Gori said the expansion of the ATM network was just one component of an overall strategy to increase Citibank's footprint in Australia. |
|
| "Over the next 18 months to two years, we will be investing heavily in our brand and in our physical presence in Australia. This includes the revitalisation of our existing branch sites with innovative technologies, the expansion of our ATM network and the opening new branches in key strategic sites," Roy said. |

| The agreement will compliment the existing arrangement that allows Citibank's customers to access Westpac and St George ATMs giving them fee free access to one of the largest networks of ATMS in the Australian market. |
|
| Ajay Kashyap, Head of Retail Bank, Citibank said Citibank's deposit customers were already benefitting from the bank's focus on reducing fees. |
|
| "Bank fees continue to be a major focus for Australian consumers so it makes strategic sense for us to build our network of ATMs so our customers can access fee-free ATM servicing across the country," Mr Kashyap said. |

| The Citibank branded ATMs will be supplied and operated by Customers Ltd. Citibank and Customers Ltd have also commenced discussions about adding a further 150 Citibank ATMs after the initial 18-month period. This would add a total of 300 terminals to Citibank's ATM fleet. |
