| Citibank helps Victorian fire victims |
|
| February 2009: Citibank is offering immediate financial relief to customers affected by the Victorian fire disaster.
|
|
| The Citibank Disaster Relief Program ensures customers receive immediate assistance. Citibank will also work with individual customers on a case-by-case basis for longer-term solutions. |
|
| The Citibank Disaster Relief Program includes: |
|
- Suspension of mortgage payments for up to three months
-
Restructure of personal loans, if needed
-
Temporary credit line increases may also be available to meet unexpected costs
-
Waiver of fees for customers requiring early redemption of term deposits
-
Citibank is also working with insurance third-party partners for assistance with insurance claims
|

| All customers will be treated on a case-by-case basis with a view to providing ongoing support tailored to their needs.
|
|

| Citibank is also matching employee donations to the Red Cross Fire Disaster program for the Victorian Bushfire Appeal. |
|
| Customers can donate to the Red Cross appeal online at www.redcross.org.au or by calling 1800 811 700. |
