| CITIBANK MORTGAGES APPOINTS VICTORIAN STATE SALES MANAGER |
|
| Sydney, 21 November 2006: Citibank has appointed Albert Kavcic as State Sales Manager for Victoria reporting to Peter Hayward, Head of Distribution. This is a significant step for Citibank and marks the return of a dedicated state sales manager who is 100% focused on the local Victorian market. |

| Albert commenced his new role last month having held a similar role at ING for the last five years. Prior to that he was at Westpac where he spent the last four years of his time there in the broker unit. With an 18-year background extending across all sales channels, Albert brings a wealth of experience to Citibank. |
|
| As State Sales Manager, Albert will be responsible for consumer and commercial mortgage sales in Victoria through the third party sales market, assisted by a team of seven. |
|
