Activate your Visa Debit card |
|
| Once you receive your Citi Visa Debit Card, please sign it immediately. Then to activate your Account, please follow the instructions on the letter to which your Citibank Visa Debit Card was attached. |

| Your PINs explained |
|
| ATM PIN - This is used to obtain cash or Account balances from your revolving credit Account at ATMs. This number is also used (along with your Citibank Visa Debit Card number or Ready Credit Account number) to access Citibank Online - our Internet Banking facility. |
|
| TPIN - The Telephone PIN (or TPIN) is your security access code for Self-Service phone banking and works in much the same way as a PIN for an ATM. Along with your Citibank Visa Debit Card or account number, your TPIN gives you access to CitiPhone Banking. |

Register for Online Banking |
|
| You can sign onto Citibank Online Internet Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to check your Account balance, pay bills or service your Account remotely. And you can do all this from anywhere in the world, at any time of day. |

- Enter your Citi Visa Debit Card number and ATM PIN

| Transfer funds from an existing Citi Account online at www.citibank.com.au. You can also make a payment online from your home or office by transferring funds from another Citi Account (excluding Credit Cards). You can check that the transfer has gone through by reviewing balances for both Accounts online. Alternatively, you can also transfer funds from a nominated bank account. |

|
| Present cash, cheque or EFTPOS payments along with your Visa Debit CitiCard or barcode Monthly Statement at any Australia Post outlet displaying the Bank@Post symbol. |

| If your due date falls on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, your repayment is due on the previous banking day. If there is no corresponding day in a month, the repayment is due on the last day of that month, e.g. if your repayments are due on the 30th of each month, the February repayment will be due on the last banking day in February. |

| A monthly statement of your Account will be sent to you, showing all transactions and interest charges for the month. You are not required to pay your Account in full each month. You need only pay the total amount due, as stated on your monthly statement. |

Request a Cheque book |
|
|
| When you opened your Ready Credit account you will have received a Cheque book Request Form. Sign and return this form and you will receive your Citi Cheque book within 5 working days. |
|
| If you do not have a copy of this form, please call CitiPhone on 13 24 84 and a Cheque book Request Form will be sent to you for completion. |

| Reorder a Cheque book |
|
| To reorder a Citi Cheque book, sign on to Internet Banking and select "Account Services - Order a Cheque Book" or alternatively call CitiPhone on 13 24 84. |

Request a credit limit increase |
|
|
| Once you've been a Ready Credit customer for more than 9 months, you can request a credit limit increase. You can request a credit limit increase by either calling CitiPhone on 13 24 84 or visiting www.citibank.com.au and logging on to Citi Online |

| What do I need to increase my credit limit? |
|
| Before you request an increase of the credit limit of your Ready Credit account, ensure you have the following information: |
|
- The limit increase that you would like
- Your current income per annum (after tax)
- Your monthly expenditure including net income
- Your monthly expenses including rent/mortgage, loan repayments (car, boat, Credit Cards etc), personal living expenses (food, electricity, phone, gas, water etc), rates/body corporate and any other financial commitments.
- Your disposable income (income minus expenses)

| In order to speed up the process of your credit limit increase, if you have had a change/increase in income please have a copy of your current pay slip or your latest Tax Assessment notice (if self-employed) ready. |
|
|
|
|
Add an additional signatory |
|
|
| You can have an additional signatory linked to your account. Transactions for both Cards will appear on the one, easy to read monthly statement. |
|
| Who can I add? |
|
- You can extend an additional CitiCard to your account to one other person.
- Person must be your husband or wife, partner or child (over 18 years of age).
- To request an additional signatory, sign on to Citi Online Banking at www.citibank.com.au. Click on the 'Account Services' tab in the top menu, then select 'Banking Services'. Alternatively, print and complete the form relating to your account.

| How does CardProtect work? |
|
- CardProtect will pay 5% of the Outstanding Balance on your credit account statement if you are unable to, in the event of serious illness, accidental injury or the loss of your job.
- CardProtect also pays the entire outstanding balance on your credit account up to a maximum of $50,000 in the event of your death, or up to $100,000 if death is as a result of an accident.
