There are no joining or ongoing fees for the Citibank Rewards program. You are automatically enrolled when your card is activated.
Sign on to Citibank Online and click on 'change my contact details' on the 'my home' page.
Yes you can use your points to pay your annual fee. Once your annual fee appears on your credit card statement you can redeem your points for the annual fee and we will credit your card with the relevant amount. You can even pay your supplementary cards' fee using this method.
No. Your Reward points do not expire as long as your account is operated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Yes, if you upgrade from a Citibank Rewards Credit Card - Classic to a Rewards Platinum or Signature, your points will be automatically transferred to your new card. Your points will show on your next credit card statement.
Yes. You can transfer your Reward points to another Cardholder who is an immediate family member. Citibank require this request to be written or faxed to Citibank Rewards, Locked Bag 9, EDGECLIFF, NSW 2027 or Faxed to 1300 667 060.
Yes. The maximum number of Reward points that may be awarded to each account in any period of 12 months beginning from the day you were enrolled in the Reward program:
You can sign on and view your points summary on the Rewards section of the site or on the Citibank Mobile App. If you still have a question you can send us an email with your question or please call 13 CITI (13 24 84). You have up to 6 months to query your points.
Your Reward points balance is updated every working day. To check your Reward points balance at any time, you can either log onto www.citibank.com.au/rewards or call 13 CITI (132484).
You and your first Additional Cardholder authorised by you can redeem your Reward points. Additionally, you are able to give permission for other Additional Cardholders to redeem Rewards on the Reward Profile page after you log into www.citibank.com.au/rewards.
You can redeem your Reward points for vouchers, Cashback, a wide range of merchandise and Frequent Flyer points.
Merchandise is updated on the Citibank web site each quarter.
From time to time you will receive Rewards communications showcasing our great range of rewards items, which you can redeem your points for. You can also view available merchandise on the Citibank Mobile App.
Yes. You can use the Fast Track (Points Plus Pay) facility that allows you to combine points and a dollar amount to redeem a Reward. The additional dollar amount is simply debited to your Citibank Rewards Credit Card.
Rewards and Reward Certificates will be dispatched to your last known postal address. As most rewards will need to be signed for, you may like to change your daytime delivery address. When confirming your reward redemption you can let us know where you would like it delivered. We can not deliver to PO Boxes but are happy to send it to your business address and even if you change your delivery address for the Reward it will not change where your statements are being sent.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of your Reward. If in a remote area, please allow an additional 7 days.
No. Reward points cannot be used to pay the freight cost. Freight will be charged to your Citibank Rewards Credit Card.
You can access your Reward points balance and view rewards items by selecting the Rewards button on the home screen of the Citibank Mobile App.
Simply visit the App Store or Google Play™ store and search for 'CitibankAU' to download the Citibank Mobile App.
Yes. You can view your Reward points balance through the mobile app; however you must be signed in to do so.
Yes. The Mobile App gives you the ability to search for reward items by category, keyword or product code, redeem reward points, and check your redemption history.
No. You can view rewards items without being signed into the app. You will however be prompted to sign in before processing a redemption.
Yes, the mobile app does support Points Plus Pay. If the Points Plus Pay option is available for the product you want to redeem, select the Points Plus Pay option and proceed with your redemption. Note: Not all products support the Points Plus Pay option.
