| Log onto Citibank Online |
| Obtain your overseas payee's name, destination country and their Citibank account number and sign onto Citibank Online at citibank.com.au. |

| Add a payee |
Add a new payee by selecting the payee type as Overseas Payee Citibank Account and choose your destination from the drop down list of options.
Add payee's details as requested. |

| Activate your payee |
| Activate your payee via the Quick Navigation on the right hand side of your screen. Select Activate Payee and enter your Online Authorisation Code (OAC) sent to your mobile (alternatively, a payee can be activated by contacting Citiphone on 13 24 84). |

| Send your Citibank Global Transfer |
- Go to Make a Payment / Transfer under Quick Actions on the right hand side of your screen.
- Select the two Citibank accounts you want to send and receive funds from.
- Enter the amount you would like to send.
- Review the transaction details, if applicable, Confirm and Pay.

| Sending funds from your Citibank Plus is free1. Other Citibank's may charge a transfer fee. Please check with the local Citibank you are transferring from or to before sending. |

|
- Go to Payments and Transfers and Transfer Money Abroad under Quick Navigation on the right hand side of your screen.
- Select the two Citibank accounts you want to send and receive funds from.
- Enter the currency, amount and payee's address.
- Review the transfer summary and if details are correct Confirm and Pay.

| If this is your first time making an international transfer through Citibank Online, you will receive a phone call to confirm the details of your transfer shortly after processing online. Have your account and transfer details ready. |

| What is a SWIFT code? |
|
| When sending funds from an overseas account into an Australian Citibank account, you will need to know our SWIFT code. |
|
| A SWIFT code is a bank identification code that is internationally recognised. These codes are commonly used to identify the banks involved in sending money internationally. Individual countries also have their own sets of codes which are used to identify banks. |
|
| For your reference, Citibank Australia's SWIFT code is CITIAU2X. |
|
| Please note, a $10 incoming transfer fee applies to receive telegraphic transfers into your Citibank Australia account. |

1. Applies to Citibank accounts with online access only. Global view of accounts is a service offered to Citibank customers via Citibank Online. Through global view of accounts, a Citibank customer's internet banking home page will provide a summarised view of all Citibank accounts in each participating country. To perform further transactions, click on the link of the bank account you wish to transact on, and sign in using your log in details for that country.
2. Subject to local regulations, transfers will normally reach the destination account almost immediately after being effected, but in some cases (depending on the availability of processing facilities at the destination) may take a maximum of 24 hours.
3. If your account has a limited number of fee-free withdrawals, the standard $2 excess withdrawal fee will apply when you exceed your limit. There are unlimited fee free withdrawals from Citibank Plus accounts. Free international transfers available from Citibank Australia accounts to select Citibank accounts in over 25 countries worldwide using Citibank Global Transfers. Daily transfer limit applies. Funds are converted to the destination account currency at the exchange rate specified to you on Citibank Online before you confirm your transaction. This exchange rate includes a commission for the conversion service. When sending a Citibank Global Transfer to Australia, the overseas Citibank may charge a transfer fee. Please check with the local Citibank you are transferring from before sending. Citibank Global Transfers are available from all Australian Dollar accounts with access to Citibank Online, excluding Term Deposits and Citibank Online Saver. Global Transfers to Citibank Colombia are not instantaneous due to local regulations.
4. Non-Citibank and non-Partner* ATM owners may charge you a fee for use of their ATMs. *Partner ATMs include Westpac branded, St. George, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA ATMs within Australia.
