All loans subject to Citibank's credit criteria and applications must meet approval guidelines on individual products to qualify for relevant package discounts. Establishment and, where applicable, legal fees apply. Terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Fees and charges apply. Personal borrowers only (Australian residents). The Citibank Mortgage Plus package is not offered with Basic Variable loans, Self Certified loans or stand-alone Standard Fixed Rate loans.

1. To be eligible for 0.10% p.a. discount, the loan size must be equal or be greater than $150,000.
2. Annual package fee of $350 as at 1 July 2010 and subject to change without notice. The fee is waived for the first year only for Citi at Work customers.
3. Discounts are dependant on loan amount and Loan to Value Ratio. The Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) is the same as the Loan to Security Ratio (LSR) in the loan documentation. Margin discounts are based on the Loan to Security Ratio (LSR) as confirmed by Citibank at the time of loan approval. The LSR may change between the date of loan approval and loan settlement and Citibank reserves the right to vary the margin discount between the date of loan approval and date of the loan settlement based on a change in the LSR. The LSR used for the purpose of determining the margin discount will not change for the duration of the loan following the loan settlement. Any increase or decrease in the LSR after loan approval will not change the level of margin discount, although the Citibank reference rate is variable and subject to change.
4. Applies as part of the Mortgage Plus package only. Fee applies if no longer part of the Mortgage Plus package. Early repayment fees and deferred establishment fees may still apply.
5. Rewards are subject to Citibank Rewards Terms and Conditions.
6. Bonus Points are earned on purchases made at participating Australian Bonus Partner retailers only. Bonus Points are not available to cardholders who enrol in airline frequent flyer direct earn rewards programs.
7. Non-Citibank and non-Partner* ATM owners may charge you a fee for use of their ATMs. *Partner ATMs include Westpac branded, St. George, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA ATMs within Australia.
8. Free international transfers available from Citibank Australia to select Citibank accounts in more than 25 countries worldwide using Citibank Global Transfers. Daily transfer limit applies. Funds are converted to the destination account currency at the exchange rate specified to you on Citibank Online before you confirm your transaction. This exchange rate includes a commission for the conversion service. Subject to local regulations, transfers will normally reach the destination account almost immediately after being effected, but in some cases (depending on the availability of processing facilities at the destination) may take a maximum of 24 hours.
9. Fixed rates quotes are held 60 days from the day the application is submitted. If settlement occurs after the 60 days, the prevailing fixed rate will apply. 
10. Citibank's Dining Program is operated by Pinpoint Pty Ltd ABN 49 002 693 656 and Zenith Wine Agencies Pty Ltd ABN 66 128 399 717 and is open to Citibank cardholders. The cardholder is entitled to receive a gift of a selected bottle of wine when using their Citibank debit card to pay for their restaurant bill. This offer is available only at participating partner restaurants for dine-in customers who order a minimum of a main course and is limited to one free bottle of wine per booking. Split bills are not permitted. The free bottle of wine must be requested at the time of ordering. The free bottle of wine cannot be taken away or consumed off premises and is not available to customers selecting a degustation menu option with matching wines. The free bottle of wine specified may be out of stock or replaced. Should this occur, the restaurant will provide a similar quality bottle of wine at their discretion.
