Important Information
1. Citibank rewards points are earned, allocated, forfeited or cancelled by eligible cardholder's in accordance with the Citibank Rewards Terms and Conditions. Exclusions apply to points earn. You do not earn points on cash and cash related transactions.
2. You must be a member of the Travel Reward, Airline and Hotel Loyalty Programs in which you wish to claim Travel Reward, Airline and Hotel Loyalty Points and have advised us of your Travel Reward, Airline and Hotel Loyalty Program membership number prior to any such redemption. If you are a member of the Travel Reward, Airline and Hotel Loyalty Programs, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the Travel Reward, Airline and Hotel Loyalty Programs.
3. Citibank's Dining Program is operated by Pinpoint Pty Ltd ABN 49 002 693 656 and Zenith Wine Agencies Pty Ltd ABN 66 128 399 717 and is open to Citibank cardholders. The cardholder is entitled to receive a gift of a selected bottle of wine when using their Citibank credit or debit card to pay for their restaurant bill. This offer is available only at participating partner restaurants for dine-in customers who order a minimum of a main course per person or spend over $50 in participating yum cha restaurants, and is limited to one free bottle of wine per booking. Split bills are not permitted. The free bottle of wine must be requested at the time of ordering. The free bottle of wine cannot be taken away or consumed off premises and is not available to customers selecting a degustation menu option with matching wines. The free bottle of wine specified may be out of stock or replaced. Should this occur, the restaurant will provide a similar quality bottle of wine at their discretion. Program not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Bonus Points are earned on purchases made at participating Australian Bonus Partner retailers only. The Bonus Partner program is only available to Citibank Silver, Citibank Gold, Citibank Platinum, CitiBusiness and Citibank Select cardholders participating in Citibank's standard rewards program. It is not available to cardholders who enrol in airline frequent flyer direct earn rewards programs.
5. There are two reward programs available. Unless you choose the Citibank Qantas Rewards Program, you will automatically be enrolled in the Citibank Rewards program. Under the Citibank Rewards program you will earn two Citibank Rewards points for every $1 spent. Under the Citibank Qantas Rewards program, if you choose it, you will earn one Qantas Frequent Flyer point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases and you will earn an additional Qantas Frequent Flyer point for every $1 spent on selected Qantas products and services including passenger flights (with a QF flight number) booked directly with Qantas; Qantas Club and Qantas Frequent Flyer memberships; and purchases from 'Qantas Travel' customer shopfronts. Extra Citibank Rewards points are not earned on purchases from Qantas Holidays, Hotels on qantas.com, Qantas Freight, Qantas Business Travel, Jetset Travelworld channels, Qantas Staff Travel or Jetstar flights and services. Exclusions apply to Citibank Rewards points earn. You do not earn Citibank Rewards points on cash and cash related transactions. The annual Citibank Qantas Rewards fee is $49. Citibank Rewards points earn is subject to the terms and conditions of the Citibank Qantas Rewards program. Membership of Citibank Qantas Rewards does not entitle you to membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. Once Qantas Frequent Flyer points have been credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account they cannot be reversed, you must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program in order to earn or redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points. Membership and points of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program are subject to the terms and conditions for that program. See qantas.com/frequentflyer for further information. Award flights and flight upgrades are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited. Advance booking requirements apply.
6. Classic Award seats are subject to capacity controls and availability is strictly limited. Some flights may have no Classic Award seats available. Award flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advanced booking requirements apply). Surcharges, fees and taxes are payable in cash in addition to the number of points quoted.
