Getting started

To access Self-Service Telephone Banking all you need is:

  • A touch-tone phone
  • Your Citibank Card or Account number
  • Your Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN)

Using CitiPhone Banking

Contact CitiPhone Banking on 13 24 84 available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If overseas call +61 2 8225 0615 and follow the easy directions to access valuable information and perform the following banking functions. You can also speak to a Customer Service Officer if required to complete your enquiry.

CitiPhone Banking is also available in Cantonese and Mandarin.

If you believe the security of your TPIN has been compromised in any way, please contact one of our Customer Service Officers on 13 24 84. You can also change your TPIN at any time by following the voice prompts in our Self-Service Telephone Banking system.
