Following a review by the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) the way ATM fees are charged will change from 3 March 2009. The RBA is introducing ATM Direct Charging at all ATMs across Australia. Citi has entered into an agreement with Westpac to allow Citi customers access to Westpac ATMs including St.George- and BankSA-branded ATMs without incurring an ATM Direct Charge.
