Applying for a Citi Credit Card is easy. Simply select the Credit Card you wish to apply for on our Credit Card overview page, and then click 'Apply now'. The application process should take less than 10 minutes to complete if you have all your personal information ready, and you will receive a response in 60 seconds after submitting the form..
Your personal & contact details (full name, address, date of birth, email and contact telephone numbers).
Your primary occupation and your employment status.
Your current financial position, including your gross annual income, your total monthly income and expenses. If you are self-employed, you'll also need to provide us with your accountant's name, the name of their accounting firm, and their contact phone number.
If you plan to transfer a balance from another financial institution, please provide us with key details of that account, including: the name the account's held in; the type of card/account; the card/account number; the amount to be transferred and the issuing organisation's name and address.
Once you've submitted your online application, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your 9-digit Application Reference Number, which you can use to check the status of your application online
To streamline approval, ensure you give us a contact phone number that we can call you on easily. You can also contact your payroll department (or accountant if you're self-employed) in advance to ensure they're ready and willing to confirm your income details when we call for verification.

Apply over the phone
You can apply for any Citi Credit Card over the phone simply by calling us on 13 24 84 Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm or Saturday to Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
