Easi-Pay is Citibank's convenient Direct Debit facility which enables you to have the regular payments to your Citibank account automatically debited from your nominated bank account held within Australia.
To apply, simply download and complete the relevant Easi-Pay application form below and return the original to Citibank in order for the facility to be set up on the account.
Please Note: For CreditCards, ReadyCredit, Personal Credit & Business Credit accounts, if you make any manual payments between due dates, then Easi-Pay will only draw the difference between the amount of the manual payments and the Easi-Pay amount.
BPAY® is one of the best ways to manage your bills. It's fast, easy and convenient. It is today's way of paying bills to over 14,000 billers throughout Australia.
BPAY provides you with a one-stop solution to bill payment. No more queuing, no more envelopes and stamps, no more dealing with many different companies to pay individual bills. In short, no more hassle. You just need to make one call to CitiPhone Banking or log into Citibank Online any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can pay bills for over 14,000 billers from your Citibank accounts. Look for the BPAY logo on your bill. Depending on the type of bill, you can choose to pay from your savings account, loan account or credit card. Using your Citibank credit card to pay bills is a great way of earning Rewards points - these can be redeemed for vouchers, gifts or Qantas Frequent Flyer points!
BPAY is also an efficient way of making your repayments on your Citibank accounts. You can control how much you pay each month and when. Forget the routine of standing in queues at Australia Post each month, BPAY is fast, flexible and convenient.
You can pay multiple bills on the one phone call, or one Citibank Online banking session - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
As a Citibank customer you are automatically registered to use BPAY. If you need assistance with using CitiPhone Banking or Citibank Online for the first time, please call one of our Customer Service Officers on 13 24 84 for assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Notes:
1.
Clearance times are longer through Australia Post than other channels as Australia Post is an agent, not a financial institution.
2.
If you have been issued with a card (credit card or Citicard) and you swipe your card when making the payment; the payment is processed immediately.
3.
If you pay in after 6.30pm Sydney time the payment is processed at 6.30pm the following business day.
4.
Where you are paying in cash and cheques to a deposit account, Citibank advises you to pay cash and cheque elements in on separate deposit slips to ensure cash is cleared promptly without being subject to cheque clearance times.
5.
Australia Post will not accept payments to an account in a business name. It is recommended that business account holders use National Australia Bank branches.
Cheque Clearance Guidelines:
Clearance days are based on business days in all cases. Allowances should therefore be made for Public Holidays and weekends.
While the times quoted below are based on the standard cheque clearance processes; they should only be used as a guideline. A cheque should not be considered cleared until it appears as cleared funds in your account.
When making a cheque payment to your account, it will assist us if you make your cheque payable to your Citibank account number and specify your account type e.g. Citibank Gold Credit Card account number. It would also assist us in processing your payment if you write the actual account number on the back of your cheque.
Cheques payable to the accountholder may also be accepted (e.g. dividend cheque, Medicare refund, etc) but cheques payable to a third party will not be accepted.
^Including Personal Credit, Business Credit and Diners Club Credit Line
