Applying for a Citi Credit Card is simple. The application process should take less than 10 minutes to complete if you have all your personal information ready. You will receive a response in 60 seconds after submitting the form.

If you plan to transfer a balance from another financial institution, please provide us with key details of that account, including: the name the account's held in; the type of card/account; the card/account number; the amount to be transferred and the issuing organisation's name and address.
To streamline approval, ensure you give us a contact phone number that we can call you on easily. You can also contact your payroll department (or accountant if you're self-employed) in advance to ensure they're ready and willing to confirm your income details when we call for verification.
Once you've submitted your online application, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your 9-digit Application Reference Number, which you can use to check the status of your application online
The Citi Miles Program is a rewards program offered by Citi for Emirates Citi Platinum cardholders, where 1.5 Citi Miles are earned for every $1 spent on retail purchases (up to 150,000 miles per annum from the date of application).
The Citi Miles are automatically transferred to your Skywards account at the end of each statement cycle, becoming Skywards Miles (1 Citi Mile =1 Skywards Mile). Once transferred, the Skywards Miles can be used to redeem flights (domestic or international on Emirates and its partner airlines), hotels stays or products from The Emirates High Street.
At the end of your statement cycle, the number of Miles earned from retail purchases are calculated using the conversion rate of 1.5 Citi Miles for each $1 spent. The Citi Miles earned will be transferred into Skywards Miles and credited to your Skywards account within 15 days after the close of the statement cycle. Citi Miles can only be transferred at the end of your statement cycle.

In order for Citi to transfer Skywards Miles to your Skywards account, you must provide us with your Skywards membership number either on your application form when applying for your Emirates Citi Platinum Card or by calling Citiphone on 1800-460-743. The Emirates High Street Visit The Emirates High Street website at www.emirateshighstreet.com. View the products on offer and choose the one you would like. To choose payment options (cash, cash plus Miles, Miles only) click the "calculate" link which will appear next to each product's photo and also on the screen when you click "add to shopping cart". If you opt to use cash plus Miles or Miles only, when you check out, the website will prompt you to enter your Skywards membership number and the applicable Skywards Miles will be deducted from your Skywards account as payment.

Simply purchase an Emirates flight on your Emirates Citi Platinum Card and then to gain entry, show your Emirates Citi Platinum Card and your Emirates boarding pass at the lounge entrance.
The primary cardholder may bring one guest into the lounge on a complimentary basis as long as the guest enters with the cardholder and holds an Emirates boarding pass. A child booked on a cardholder's ticket will not count as a guest and may enter on a complimentary basis.
This benefit is only applicable to Emirates Lounges in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth and is available once a year for passengers flying Economy Class.
You can take advantage of a chauffeur-driven transfer by purchasing a qualifying Emirates flight on your Emirates Citi Platinum Card. Qualifying flights are all flights with the exception of a trans-Tasman route. (Please call the Emirates reservation office on 1 300 303 777 at least 72 hours before this service is required). If you live outside the service area (outside a 40kms radius from Sydney & Perth and a 60kms radius from Brisbane & Melbourne), an additional fee will be charged. Emirates customer service will advise during a call if the fee applies.
A maximum of 4 passengers from the same location may use the chauffeur-driven transfer and the cardholder needs to advise the ages of child passengers to determine if a baby or car booster seat is needed.
Note: The chauffeur-driven transfer service is offered as part of the benefits of the Emirates Citi Platinum Card and can only be used in Australia and only within a reasonable distance from Emirates flight departure cities (Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth). The chauffeur-driven transfer will collect you from your destination and drive you to the international airport from which your Emirates flight is departing and will drive you to your destination from that airport when you return. This benefit is available once per year.
Please show your Emirates Citi Platinum Card to gain entry into the Marhaba Lounge in Dubai. This benefit is offered by MasterCard to both primary and secondary cardholders. Two children under the age of 12 may enter with the cardholder on a complimentary basis. Additional lounge passes can be purchased for a fee.
No, the Citi Miles Program and the Citi Rewards Program are two separate programs. Skywards Miles, Citi Miles and Citi Reward Points are not combinable or transferable.
