Redraw any extra repayments you have made
Switch to a different Citibank mortgage
Switch between variable and fixed rates
Split your loan into multiple accounts
Substitute, add or replace the property(ies) securing your loan
Release a guarantor to your loan
Change a borrower or titleholder on your loan
Change the term of your loan
Extend your loan's interest only period


To make a change to your mortgage, follow these steps
Step 1. Print and complete the Change to Mortgage form (Adobe PDF, 64kb)
Step 2. Enclose relevant supporting documents
Step 3. Mail your application to:

A Customer Relationship Officer will then contact you to review your application.
