Complaint

Citibank is committed to communicating openly and honestly with all our customers. This includes making it easier for you to share the parts of your Citibank experience that did not meet your expectations.

If you would like to make a complaint about a Citibank product, service, or privacy issue, you can contact the Customer Advocacy Unit in any of the following ways:
